A certified POSH trainer and communication coach, she partners with organizations on HR advisory, talent acquisition, POSH compliance, and Safe & Responsible Culture (SRC) aligned with ESG principles. Her PGPM in Strategy & Leadership, combined with hands-on business experience at Savi Exports, informs her practical, results-driven approach.
She also works directly with people, guiding emerging leaders, career changers, and students to navigate workplaces confidently and successfully. Because every ethical, future-ready workplace begins with its people.
